During the conference, the activities carried out within the Green Urban Resilience project, the strategic approaches developed, and the experiences gained from urban pilot implementations will be presented. The event will also address climate change adaptation practices in urban areas, experiences of local authorities and civil society organizations, and other EU-funded projects focusing on climate adaptation and resilience. In this way, the conference aims to provide a common platform for discussing scientific research, local practices, and experiences from different projects.

The event is expected to contribute to the wider dissemination of knowledge and approaches developed within the project, strengthen cooperation towards the development of climate-resilient and sustainable cities in the Black Sea Basin, and encourage discussions on climate adaptation solutions that can be implemented at different scales.
