cooperation, enhancing climate resilience, and promoting inclusive, sustainable, and innovative approaches aligned with EU climate and environmental policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Outputs:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat stress maps for the four target cities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Planning Pathway Tool to guide municipalities in developing <strong>Heat Resilient Strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three pilot green interventions: a community garden in Uzunk\u00f6pr\u00fc, a nature-friendly pedestrian alley with rainwater collection in Sozopol, and shading through tree planting in Kavala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capacity-building activities, including thermal walks, training of trainers, and local
